Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our store for your food purchases. We strive to offer you the freshest and highest quality products. In order to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers, we have implemented the following refund policy for food products:

1. No Refund on Food Products

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns or refunds on these items. This policy is to ensure food safety and to ensure that all products delivered to our customers are fresh and intact.

2. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

Despite our strict no-refund policy, we understand that exceptional situations may occur. Exceptions include:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective food product, please contact us immediately with photos and a detailed description of the problem.

  • Order Errors: If you receive an incorrect product compared to your original order, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the error.

 

3. Complaints procedure

For any claims regarding damaged, defective or incorrect products, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us: Send an email to info@drinknature.ca or call our customer service at [418-618-4592].

  • Provide Details: Include your order number, photos of the affected products, and a detailed description of the problem.

  • Claim Assessment: Our team will review your claim and contact you within 48 hours to update you on the next steps.

4. Claim Deadlines

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order. After this time, we will unfortunately be unable to process your claim.

5. Customer Responsibility

In cases where a return is approved (non-food products or exceptions mentioned above), you will be able to throw away the product and we will send you another product by mail. No refunds will be issued.
